Our best client relationships are those where we maintain regular contact. We urge all of our clients to call us with questions throughout the year. It is much more efficient to deal with situations as they arise than to accumulate them until year end. We do not charge for incidental telephone calls unless they lead to a large project, which requires significant research or additional work.
