One of the founding partners of Lux & Associates is Ralph Lux. Ralph has been in the public accounting profession for over thirty years. Prior to the formation of Lux & Associates, he was a sole-proprietor for over twenty-two years. Previously, Ralph was employed as a controller in the private sector and on the staff of two other local CPA firms.
Ralph attended the University of Akron and has been certified since 1969.
Ralph's expertise includes accounting, business sale and purchase, new business guidance in financing, management consulting, and all phases of taxation.
Ralph is active in his church and community and serves on the board of directors of several corporations.
